Tomb Kings arrived, now the fun begins

Ever have one of those days when everything just falls into place?  Well for me, as a long time Tomb King player, that day is today!  Now begins my journey,  at a feverish pace I might add, to write up the army list and get a few new shiny toys painted up for Mid West Rampage.  Fortunately, I have the piece of mind of drawing on a vast painted Tomb King model collection just in case I come up short.

And if today wasn't great enough already look what else Fed Ex dropped off today!

After today, I'm sure tomorrow is going to suck! Equinox, you going to attend Mid West Rampage?

I have army specific dice made up as give aways for all major tournament I attend. So for Mid West Rampage (in a couple of weeks) I had some Scarab and Scorpion dice made up.

I have heard great things about Rampage, but personally I am more of a 1 day tournament kind of person. I will be attending the Vintonfest tournament in Bloomington/Normal in late June.

I'm also a big fan of the 1 day tourneys, they seem to attract really good, yet fun, players. Plus you can avoid the logistics of a two day tourney - especially if it's out of town.

Yeah - I don't mind a 4-5 hour drive each way for a one day event as I like driving on the open road. Shame most folks seem to think 1 day events can only be local. I can't wait to see the finished pics of your Tomb Kings. Curious where you are going with the theme of the army.

I really wish there were more 1 dayers in my area around Memphis!

I'm interested to see where I go with the theme as well! :) Right now it's basically a TK that uses lizard conscripts as mounts.
